I`m not asking you to become a Buddhist monk (even if there s a picture of one in the article) but you should really give it a try.

Meditating doesn’t have to be about staying in the right position or having perfect silence around you, it is about turning your mind volume lower a few minutes every day, this helps you remain calm during the events we are all facing right now.

There are plenty of guided meditation videos on the internet but I will leave here some that really helped me through bad times:
